VIP Bingo Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility and Registration

To open a VIP Bingo account and participate in any real-money game, bet, or promotion, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are physically located within the Philippines when accessing and using the platform.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of any such person employed by VIP Bingo or any associated company.
• You are not excluded from gambling by a self-exclusion programme, court order, or applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. VIP Bingo reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of address, and payment verification at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any pending funds derived from a breach.

2. Account Rules

Each individual player may hold one VIP Bingo account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of it, or under another person's identity — is strictly prohibited. VIP Bingo reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts, void associated bets and bonuses, and withhold balances connected to fraudulent activity.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password, PIN, or OTP with anyone — including people claiming to be VIP Bingo staff. Our team will never ask for your full password. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact VIP Bingo support immediately through the in-account chat.

Your VIP Bingo account is personal and non-transferable. It may not be sold, gifted, or assigned to another person. Any attempt to do so voids the account and any balance within it.

VIP Bingo accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity maintenance fee of up to ₱50 per month, deducted from the remaining balance. Players will receive advance notice before any fee is applied. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in — the inactivity fee stops immediately upon reactivation.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at VIP Bingo are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, and eligible Visa or Mastercard cards. Method availability may vary based on account status and current platform support.

Minimum deposit: ₱100. Maximum deposit limits depend on the selected payment method and your account verification tier.

Withdrawals are processed only to verified accounts registered in your own name. You may not withdraw to a payment account or card belonging to another person. Before your first withdrawal, VIP Bingo may request identity verification documents. This is a regulatory requirement and a player protection measure — not a sign that anything is wrong with your account.

Standard withdrawal processing times:

• GCash and Maya: typically within a few hours of approval, often same-day on weekdays.
• GrabPay and Coins.ph: typically 1 business day.
• InstaPay / PESONet bank transfers: 1 business day once processed.
• BDO, BPI, UnionBank: 1–2 business days.
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days.

VIP Bingo does not charge a fee on standard withdrawals. However, some payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside VIP Bingo's control. Players should check with their payment provider if unsure.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

VIP Bingo offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, enhanced odds, and VIP Club rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. Those specific terms form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.

Unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise, the following general rules apply to all VIP Bingo bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who opt in through the correct channel (account page, promo code, or designated registration flow).
• Bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which specifies how many times the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be processed. The exact multiplier is stated on each promotion's detail page.
• Only wagers placed on qualifying games contribute toward wagering requirements. Games excluded from contribution are listed in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unfulfilled wagering requirement and associated bonus balance will be forfeited at midnight on the expiry date.
• VIP Bingo reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, amend its terms, or cancel a player's participation in a promotion if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of terms, or wagering patterns that are not consistent with genuine recreational play.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

If you are unsure whether a specific promotion applies to the game you want to play, check the promotion details page or ask the VIP Bingo support team through in-account chat before depositing. Once a deposit is made, it cannot be reversed on the basis that you misunderstood a promotion's terms.

5. Gameplay Rules

VIP Bingo hosts bingo, roulette, sports betting (PBA, volleyball), fishing games, and other products. Each category and individual game has its own rules, which are displayed within the game interface. Those in-game rules govern the mechanics, prize calculations, and dispute procedures for that specific product.

The following general gameplay rules apply across all VIP Bingo products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or reversed after confirmation except in circumstances where VIP Bingo determines a technical error occurred on our side.
• Sports betting odds and markets are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• If a sports event is abandoned, postponed indefinitely, or cancelled before the conclusion of play that determines a result, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to your VIP Bingo wallet within 24 hours.
• VIP Bingo uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all casino and arcade game outcomes. These systems are independently audited to ensure fair, unpredictable results.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game session, VIP Bingo will review the session logs. If the outcome cannot be determined with certainty, the wager will be voided and the stake returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game and may vary by product, event, and account tier.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on VIP Bingo and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal details, using stolen payment methods, or impersonating another person.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in bingo rooms or live betting to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or over VIP Bingo.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotions in a manner that is not consistent with genuine recreational play — including bonus hunting, arbitrage, and use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer repeatedly.
• Money laundering: Using your VIP Bingo account to deposit and withdraw funds without genuine gaming intent, or for any activity associated with money laundering or financial crime. VIP Bingo is required to report suspicious activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.
• Use of automated systems: Using bots, scripts, scrapers, or any automated software to interact with VIP Bingo in a way that provides an unfair advantage or disrupts the platform.
• Underage play: Accessing VIP Bingo if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access for a person under 21.
• Sharing login credentials: Allowing another person to use your VIP Bingo account, whether paid or unpaid.

7. Responsible Gaming

VIP Bingo is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We offer tools that allow you to manage your activity proactively, and we encourage every player to use them. These tools include:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions apply immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. The account automatically reopens at the end of the selected period.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from VIP Bingo. Once activated, this cannot be reversed during the selected period regardless of the reason given. Minimum self-exclusion duration is 6 months.

VIP Bingo will not market or send promotional communications to any player who is subject to a self-exclusion order or who has identified themselves as a problem gambler. If you receive marketing communications in error while self-excluded, please notify us immediately so we can correct it.

8. Privacy and Data

VIP Bingo collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data privacy legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering with VIP Bingo, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, fraud prevention, account management, customer support, marketing communications (which you may opt out of at any time), and regulatory compliance.

VIP Bingo will never sell your personal data to third parties for their independent commercial use. Data shared with third parties is limited to what is necessary for payment processing, age and identity verification, and legal compliance.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Requests should be submitted to support@vipbingo.click. VIP Bingo will respond within the timeframes required by the Data Privacy Act.

9. Limitation of Liability

VIP Bingo provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uptime, accuracy, and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or freedom from technical errors. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, VIP Bingo's liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the actual amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

VIP Bingo is not liable for:

• Loss of internet connectivity or other network disruptions on the player's side that cause a session to be interrupted.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
• Third-party payment provider delays, errors, or service interruptions beyond VIP Bingo's control.
• Decisions made by a player based on incorrect understanding of game rules, promotion terms, or odds.

Nothing in these Terms limits VIP Bingo's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter where limitation is not permitted by law.

10. Amendments and Termination

VIP Bingo reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email and/or a notification on the platform at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the VIP Bingo platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You may close your VIP Bingo account at any time by contacting support through in-account chat or by emailing support@vipbingo.click. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified Philippine payment method after standard processing times, provided there are no pending wagering requirements or investigation holds.

VIP Bingo may suspend or close an account immediately and without prior notice if there is credible evidence of: fraud or attempted fraud; identity misrepresentation; breach of these Terms; prohibited conduct as described in Section 6; or a regulatory requirement to do so. In such cases, balances connected to the breach may be withheld pending investigation.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising between you and VIP Bingo in connection with these Terms, your account, or your use of the platform shall first be referred to VIP Bingo's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority or, where applicable, to the courts of the Philippines with jurisdiction over the matter.
